Tahoe Park historically was farmland with the beginings of the neighborhood begining in the 1890's with Victorian farm houses still present in Tahoe Park amongst the dominant 1920-50's homes.  Tahoe Park's main Street Broadway did not even have a paved road until 1970 approximately.

A great deal has changed even since 1890. Referencing the city neighborhood boundaries The Heart of Tahoe Park is bound between 53rd and 65th. In the North between T street and Broadway. In the Southern most point between Broadway and 14th Ave.
